Troubleshooting

Why can't I login to Pictures With Depth?

Login can fail due to several reasons. But the most common one is cookies. Ensure that you have a browser that supports cookies (most current ones do) and that it is enabled. Most sites require cookies to work properly.

Why is a warning displayed about HTTP 1.0 being used?

If this warning is displayed, you are using HTTP 1.0, the older version of the Hyper Text Transfer Protocol (HTTP). HTTP 1.1 is a newer version of HTTP. Most current browsers support it. Enabling HTTP 1.1 can considerably improve performance while using the GPWare web site.

For Internet Explorer, these settings are located in Tools Menu | Internet Options | Advanced tab. Try switching on HTTP 1.1 option. Also try switching on HTTP 1.1 through proxy servers. This can cause problems with older proxy servers which do not support HTTP 1.1 standard. If so disable the option to use HTTP 1.1 through proxy servers for the time being and tell your network administrator to upgrade to a newer proxy server software.

How can I change my password?

After logging in, click on My Account, where you can change your password and other data.
